The film Arundathi with the sexy Anushka playing a dual role hit the screens on January 16. Even though the film released two days late, the film managed to attract good openings and the film is doing very well at the box office.
Producer Shyamprasad Reddy and director Kodi Ramakrishna are elated at the response to the film. The rich graphics, lavish sets, impressive costumes and make up and above all a gripping screenplay have all made Arundathi a big hit.
The film is an Anushka show all the way. The villain Sonu Sood has come up with an excellent performance but it is Anushka who has impressed everyone with her acting skills.
The film buffs as well as critics are of the unanimous opinion that Anushka is sure to bag the best actress award for the film. They say that Anushka has surely made an ‘Advance Reservation’ for the 2009 Nandi Award for Best Actress!
