Chiranjeevi seems to be feeling a bit frightened as to whether he would be able to live up to the expectations of the people, who are flooding him with wishes day in and day out. People are thronging his office in large numbers everyday and after seeing their response, he is working out a strategy to impress upon them.
As part of that, Chiranjeevi has decided to create an impression among the people that he is a man of simplicity. He made an appeal to his fans and supporters not to bring any garlands or bouquets to greet him. "Your support and blessings are enough to boost my morale. Please keep away from all ostentatiousness," he said.
Chiru declared that he would be celebrating his birthday on August 22 "at his mother's feet" in Hyderabad. He also requested all his fans not to come to Hyderabad to greet him. "Instead, plant a tree in my name at your respective place. That would fetch a lot of goodwill for me," he said. What a simplicity?
