The Hollywood film ‘Pink panther – 2’ starring our own Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will hi the screens in India during summer. Aishwarya is playing a prominent role in the film but not the female lead.
Aishwarya took a break from her hectic shooting schedule to go to New York for the promotion of the film. She is still in New york and will return to India shortly and commence work on her two big films in hand.
Aishwarya is acting in Mani Ratnam’s bi-lingual film Ravan (Ashokavanam in Tamil). Aishwarya plays Sita, a carnatic musician in the film. Vikram plays Rama while Abhisekh Bachchan plays Ravana in the film.
Aishwarya’s big budget film Robo directed by Shankar and with Rajni in the lead is also progressing at a brisk pace. Robo will hit the screens in 2010.
