Recently Himesh Reshammiya’s house got searched by the Income Tax departments. The officials took hold of all the documents and contract copies of the nasal sensation owing to the news of Himesh paying less tax compared to his earnings.
However, Himesh is one of the few people who are quite prompt when it comes to paying their taxes. In fact, he even paid an amount of rupees five cores of tax in advance. In spite of this promptness he got subjected to the IT department’s raid.
Though he didn’t have much to say about it, we are gathering that his ever growing popularity worldwide has put the IT department on alert.
