Ram Charan-Rajamouli film titled 'Magadheera'?

Search for apt title for Ram Charan and Rajamouli’s film is ended. After much brainstorming and mulling over several titles, Magadheera has been chosen for this much-awaited flick. S S Rajamouli, the master director of mass entertainers, felt that this title would be the apt for the film’s theme and content. The movie is a period love story with the element of reincarnation. Ram Charan and Kajal play lead roles while Srihari is donning the pivotal character. Geeta Arts is producing it on lavish scale.

Rajamouli is now canning key sequences at specially erected set at Ramoji Film City. Magadheera is slated for April release. By February end, the film’s entire shoot would be wrapped up. M M Keeravani is providing 6 excellent songs and the audio would be out in March.

Popular TV Anchor's Secret Affair!

A noted TV anchor has been spotted in Prasadz multiplex on Friday under suspicious circumstances. She entered Screen 2 in Prasadz where she was joined by another guy. They were drinking coke from the same straw during the course of the movie.

After the movie is over, both of them came out of the theatre and exited the complex in different directions alone so that they will not come under public eyes together. They again met in the car parking slot in the cellar and traveled out of the theatre in a white SX4. Though this particular incident does not prove any thing, it definitely provides enough room for suspicion, especially when there are rumors of many TV anchors engaging themselves in the dark trades.

For those who are looking for a hint, she is a popular anchor in a daily show in a famous channel and has acted as a sister of a Tollywood superstar in a Nandi Award winning movie directed by the Creative director Krishna Vamshi.

Can playing sexy save Mallika’s career?

Love her or hate her but you can’t ignore her. That’s Mallika Sherawat for you. Recently, we heard (one more) interesting bit of hush-hush news about one of Mallika’s films. After doing bold roles in Khwaish and Murder, the actress was all set to play a seductress in Forbidden.

According to sources, Mallika was quite excited about her role in the erotic thriller (which doesn’t surprise us). Unfortunately for Mallika, the film was shelved.

The film was to be produced by Ratan Jain and directed by debutant Manish Gupta. The entire film was to be shot in a palatial villa in England. Interestingly, the script required Mallika to seduce her 20-something step son.

“Mallika had some qualms when it came to who would play her step son. She did not want any well-known face for the role. At one time, Tusshar Kapoor was considered and the producers had a meeting with him. But, Mallika refused to work with Tusshar. Left with no choice, Ratan Jain and Manish Gupta finally signed Aditya Seal who had made his debut as Manisha Koirala’s juvenile admirer in Ek Chhoti Si Love Story,” said our source.

All was going well and Manish Gupta was scheduled to go to UK to finalise the location when he suddenly learnt the film had been shelved. “Later, Manish learnt that Ratan Jain did not want him to direct Bobby Bedi’s film Stoneman Murders, which he was also supposed to make. Manish was told that he solely concentrate on Forbidden or opt out. Manish chose to direct Bedi’s film instead of Jain’s.” said our source.

Manish Gupta confirmed that he was to direct Forbidden with Mallika Sherawat in the lead. When asked if Ratan Jain had given him an ultimatum, a tactful Manish said, “I was unable to direct Forbidden because I started work on Stoneman Murders at the same time.”

When asked why Forbidden was shelved, Ratan Jain said, “Is it necessary for me to tell all this? I don’t want to talk about it.” While Ratan Jain and Manish Gupta continue their fight, Mallika we suppose is desperately looking for another sizzling role to put her flagging career back on track.

Shankar and Rajini unable to do it!

News and stills about Endhiran is making way to the media though director Shankar is cleverly trying to conceal the news and the click shots of the shooting in progress. Though Shankar was well aware from the day he commenced this project that its lead stars – Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan – would attract the media attention, no matter what.

Shankar, it is said, has been keeping the shooting schedules and spot under wraps after stills from their Peru and Goa shooting made it to the press. The Chennaiites recently spotted the unit shooting some scenes in areas like Fort, Ennore Port, Adayar etc. And within the next few days, the team was seen in the Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore. Very recently, the stills from the SSN College campus made way to the press. Looks like Shankar and Rajini are working hard on having their schedule under wraps and by changing the shooting spots rapidly. Probably this is due to the fear of leakage of stills. There is also news that the Endhiran team may shoot some scenes in Kulu and Manali but it is not clear when.
